Qualified Leads For Contractors

There are referral services which have come and gone since I have been involved in construction over the past 30+ years. Most of them are in it for the money and they don't have a clue what construction is all about. Since they are run by business people who very likely never set foot on a construction site they have no idea how thing work in our world.

Furthermore I believe they do not care about the homeowners, property managers or the contractors.  So I have always advised contractors to not waste time or money with these jolly jokers as they do not add value to anyone but themselves and in fact can do more harm than good!

In 2010 good fortune struck because I discovered Contractor Hotline in Edmonds Washington which I believe is the premier home services referral network.

Cari Barron, the founder of Contractor Hotline has a Biznik Profile and I read all of it. And everything on contractor referral website, joined the mailing list and quickly determined her company is one of the few lead referral sources I am willing to investigate and possibly recommend.
